The Glavin Office of Multicultural & International Education considers faculty and staff essential partners in reaching Babson College’s mission to shape leaders who create economic and social value everywhere through education abroad experiences.

It is the Glavin Office's goal to ensure a global perspective at Babson by enabling students to put their classroom knowledge into practice through programs that provide the opportunity to live or travel overseas and gain academic credit while completing an enriching international experience.  As such, we welcome faculty and staff to work with us in the following ways: 

·         Facilitating education abroad opportunities for Babson students

·         Developing educational programs to ensure that Babson students have the perspective and experience necessary to succeed in the global market place

·         Motivating international students to consider Babson as the school where they can develop the skills necessary to succeed in their home countries

·         Ensuring that our international students and scholars – whether here for just a few months or a number of years – have the information and support necessary to excel at Babson
