Project Description:  

•Elaboration of a Market Entry Strategy for String Inverter on the US Market
•The Inverter line has just launched in Germany/Europe, and Bosch is working on the adaptation of the inverter product for the US market, planning the US market entry/launch in the early 2016 timeframe.
•Review German/European Strategy, identify success factors, and create US market entry strategy for our BPT-S product line
•Target Markets/Regions, Target Installer/Distributor channels
•Voice of Customer/Survey, Go to Market Strategy (communication, methods, etc)
•Competitor SWOT

**Students must be available during the following time periods**
Travel Dates to Germany:
  January 13-19, 2015 (exact dates TBD soon)
